Refund policy

Order Cancellation

If you request an order cancellation before your items have shipped, we will gladly issue a refund. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable to us by the payment networks. Therefore, all cancelled orders will be refunded less a 3% transaction and administrative processing fee.

Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy.

Return Policy

We strive for excellence, however if something has gone wrong with your purchase, please let us know quickly. A few return policy details: Shipping is non-refundable. Returned items must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging and returned within 15 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all products returned. Used, "Sale" items or otherwise discounted items may not be returned. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
